Family Counseling
Families carry stories, some spoken and some unspoken, that shape how members relate to one another. In family therapy, we’ll explore these patterns together, looking at how communication, roles, and expectations may be impacting connection. With insight and openness, families can begin to shift long-standing dynamics and move toward more understanding and support.
My rate for family counseling is $125 per session, and I offer reduced fee options for qualifying clients. I do not currently accept insurance, but can provide you with a super bill for submission to insurance for reimbursement.
Please contact me to set up an initial consultation so we can determine whether family therapy is right for you.

Families are shaped by stories, generational beliefs, roles, and patterns that often live beneath the surface. These patterns can be comforting and familiar, but they can also lead to tension, misunderstanding, or emotional distance. Sometimes, a single shift in a family system, such as a child’s diagnosis, a divorce, or a move, can stir up dynamics that are hard to navigate without support.
Family therapy is a space to look at these patterns together. We’ll explore how each person’s experience fits into the whole, and how communication, expectations, and emotional needs are being expressed (or not expressed). This isn’t about pointing fingers, it’s about understanding each person’s role in the system, and how insight can lead to new ways of being with one another.
Whether your family is going through a transition or just feeling stuck, therapy can help open up conversations that haven’t been safe or possible in the past. With time and support, families can move toward more clarity, cooperation, and connection.
Please contact me to set up an initial consultation so we can determine whether family therapy is the right thing for you.
