Group Counseling
Group therapy offers a unique space to see yourself through the eyes of others. As you share and listen, old relational patterns often come to the surface, giving you the chance to explore them in real time. With support and insight, group can help you build awareness, deepen connection, and feel less alone in your experience.
My group session rate is $40 per week, payable on the first week of the month, for the whole month.

There’s something powerful about hearing someone else put words to an experience you’ve struggled to name. Group therapy offers that kind of resonance. It’s a space where insight and connection emerge through shared vulnerability, and where long-held relational patterns often come into view.

Unlike individual therapy, group provides real-time feedback about how you relate to others. You may begin to notice how you protect yourself, what you fear in connection, or what you long for in relationships. Within the safety of the group, there’s room to experiment with new ways of being, to speak more honestly, to listen more deeply, to feel less alone.

Group therapy is especially helpful for those who struggle with boundaries, shame, people-pleasing, social anxiety, or emotional disconnection. It’s not about performing or fixing, it’s about showing up as you are and discovering what happens when you do.
