THE PATTERN BETWEEN YOU
Different argument. Same painful cycle.
One of you pushes for answers while the other pulls away. A small disagreement becomes a much larger fight. You repeat the same conversation, but neither of you feels understood.
Over time, the cycle becomes the problem. Both partners protect themselves in ways that unintentionally leave the other feeling rejected, criticized, controlled, or alone.
Couples therapy helps slow that cycle down so you can begin responding to each other differently.

MY APPROACH
Understanding what lives beneath the argument.
I use Emotionally Focused Therapy, an attachment-based approach that helps couples recognize the cycle they get caught in and the fears, needs, and longings underneath it.
The goal is not to decide who is right. It is to help both partners feel safer expressing what matters, hearing one another, repairing injuries, and building a relationship that can hold honest difference.
WHAT WORKING TOGETHER LOOKS LIKE
From conflict toward connection.
01
Understand the cycle
We identify the predictable pattern that takes over when you feel threatened or disconnected.
02
Reach beneath it
We make room for the more vulnerable emotions and needs hidden beneath anger, criticism, or withdrawal.
03
Create new moments
You practice responding in ways that make closeness, repair, and trust more possible.
