INDIVIDUAL THERAPY

You’ve learned how to succeed. Now, what do you actually want?

Therapy for adults navigating anxiety, disconnection, relationship patterns, identity, purpose, and the pressure to keep performing.

WHEN COMPETENCE ISN'T ENOUGH

Successful on the outside. Uncertain underneath.

You may be capable, thoughtful, and successful - and still feel like something is missing.

Perhaps you’ve become very good at meeting expectations, solving problems, and becoming the person others need you to be. Beneath that competence, you may feel anxious, lonely, disconnected, or unsure what you genuinely want.

Therapy creates room to hear yourself more clearly.

REASONS PEOPLE BEGIN

You don’t need a perfect explanation.

Anxiety and overthinking
Relationship and dating patterns
Anger, grief, or depression
Difficulty naming your own needs

You may simply know that the way you’ve been living, relating, or coping no longer feels sustainable.

Meaninglessness or lack of direction
Work pressure and burnout
Identity and belonging
Major life transitions

HOW THERAPY CAN HELP

individual-therapy-reflection-space-austin.png

You don’t need to become someone else.

My approach is relational, psychodynamic, and insight-oriented. We’ll pay attention to what is happening in your life now while exploring the experiences and relationships that continue to shape it.

The goal isn’t simply to manage symptoms. It’s to develop a clearer relationship with yourself so you can make choices that feel more authentic, intentional, and sustainable.
