WHY GROUP THERAPY
Insight becomes different when it happens with other people.
You can understand a pattern intellectually and still find yourself repeating it in relationships.
A therapy group brings those patterns into the room. With support, curiosity, and honest feedback, you can notice how you protect yourself, how others experience you, and what makes closeness difficult.
It becomes a living space to try something new.
CURRENT AND UPCOMING OFFERINGS
Groups built around connection, reflection, and change.
Offerings may include interpersonal process groups for adults, skills-and-process groups, and time-limited groups organized around a shared experience or concern.
Because groups open and close at different times, the first step is a brief consultation to discuss what is currently available and whether a particular group is a good fit.

A place to be known - and to know yourself differently.
Real-time awareness
Notice the relational habits that are difficult to see when you are alone.
Honest connection
Practice expressing needs, setting boundaries, and staying present through discomfort.
Shared humanity
Experience recognition, support, and the relief of discovering that others struggle too.
IS GROUP RIGHT FOR ME?
You don’t need to be naturally comfortable in groups.
In fact, uncertainty about joining can be meaningful. Group may be useful if you feel lonely, hold back in relationships, struggle with conflict, worry about how others see you, or repeatedly find yourself in the same interpersonal patterns.
A screening conversation helps us consider your goals, answer questions, and make sure the group can support you safely and effectively.
